Nicest financial institution I have ever been in, from the decor to the people. We met with Satinder Dhillon and she was one of the nicest people I've ever met. Everyone in the branch was extremely helpful and extremely friendly. Highly recommend

Some people complain about service quality when they should look at themselves and their actions. You can receive good or bad service from most providers based on your personal approach. You need to remember that you are just dealing with people. Human beings.
I have been with TD for more than 50 years and had four mortgages from them without a single episode. The branch I now deal with is the best one yet…! Try being nice for a change and see if that makes a difference.

We were in the midst of a real estate transaction and had an issue arise with an old TD mortgage on file. After the file got transferred over to this branch of TD, Michelle Cawley stepped in and up to the level we have never seen. Although we are not TD customers, her level of commitment to customer service went beyond and we would highly recommend this branch.

Just like other TD CanadaTrust branches, they offer long hours for convenience. Whenever I visit, there is not usually any lineups at all.

Love this place. Never a line up. Hate that you can't update your pass book in the ATM. Easy parking

Secured place to withdraw cash. Just a little bit downside is that they treat their customers depending on the customer's account since I went to try to apply for a student loan, I was practically waiting almost 30 mins to be entertain by the person in-charge which I had called in for an appointment weeks ahead.

Wasn’t impressed with the service provided to say the least, not saying this because I’m sour grapes just being honest, not going to put anybody on blast either because that’s not how I believe things are done. Branch can use this review as a performance review for the employee for what it’s worth, they got my name and who my appointment was with.

Tuff summer at this branch. Few staff. Lineups starting to look like the Courtenay branch. Ignored by staff the other day till there were 3 in line and 1 at the counter (only 1 teller). Now they are reducing hours, just like the other banks. What is going on TD?

Avoid at all cost. Go to a bank where they value their customers. This particular branch will apply every single fee possible, even when it is “discretionary”. Been a customer for over 20 years and if I didn’t have a mortgage with TD, I’d move my accounts over tomorrow. TD also charges the largest penalties to break a mortgage… which gives them a licence to gouge their customers locked into a mortgage.
