@Xfinity great to know that despite your system wide computer problems that resulted in my getting double billed, spending over an hour at your store and still being given the wrong equipment, you still managed to take your autopay money from me. Customer service at its worst.

@comcastcares No need, I already chatted CS. I was told I would need to change packages and pay more. To have a channel removed with no notice is not a good customer experience.

I hope the Court declines to impose a but-for standard in the Comcast case— but this incident certainly illustrates how important 1981 remains.
