@comcastcares @Xfinity I got new modem and still my internet goes out 400xs a day always errors on my modem im not paying for service I can't use! Credit my account I refuse to pay over $300 a month and can't use my internet my wifi this has gone on long enough. Fix my equipment!

@comcastcares Problem has been resolved. Oddly it took some manipulation on a different cable box other than the one the was unable to receive MSNBC. Very odd.

More crappy service from @Xfinity They sent a technician to fix things today. Tv reception worked for about 5 minutes, then continued to freeze up on 2 out of 3 tv’s. It fixed nothing. I will be canceling my service, and switching to @verizonfios this week.
